SAP – Report a Problem
Report a Problem is a standalone application, which can record scenarios that you are performing in SAP Business One 9.3. It documents all the steps as screenshots and as a written description. We can also add system information, collect relevant logs and attachments. All of this can be combined into a single zip file and sent via a customer incident or via e-mail.
