Our ReActiv support service provides helpdesk and remote access or onsite support backed up with a guaranteed service level agreement. It is most suited to those businesses that require a basic level of support.
Our ProActiv support service consists of comprehensive real-time monitoring of critical network and desktop devices. It is most suited to businesses that are looking to ensure the reliability and stability of their IT assets.
Our Managed support service offers total IT support and management at a fixed monthly cost. It is best suited to those businesses that are looking to remove the hassles associated with IT, but demand the utmost in network reliability and quality of service.
Our Partner support service allows us to work seamlessly with your own IT personnel in order to offer second-level helpdesk and first-line absence cover. It is most suited to businesses that already have their own IT team in place, but want them to be able to concentrate on local development and strategy safe in the knowledge that their critical business systems are being supported effectively.
Our ‘payg’ support service allows you to pay for support as and when you need it. There are no monthly fees or call-out charges and it is billable by the hour for onsite support, or in 15-minute increments for remote support. It is best suited to those businesses that are looking for occasional IT support without being tied down to an annual contract.
