Covid-19 customer update
In light of further advice from the Prime Minister last night, we wanted to update you on what we are doing as a business during this unprecedented situation.
Firstly, can we assure you that all of our support services will continue as normal and any maintenance visits you may have booked will be completed remotely. Should you need a site a visit, we can accommodate this, but we will need to complete a risk assessment first.
To help us support you as best we can, please can you advise all staff to email all support queries to firstname.lastname@example.org rather than call us. This will allow us to work though calls more quickly and free up the phone lines for our staff to respond to support calls.
As you will imagine, we are receiving a high number of requests from customers to set up remote access for their staff. These requests and any associated costs will need to be agreed by yourself or a company director before we can proceed. We will then book these requests in where possible and work through them accordingly.
As you will appreciate, these are fast-moving times and information and advice is changing daily, we will keep you up to date as best we can. We are also releasing useful information across our social media channels, so it would be beneficial for you and your staff to follow us.
