How do we collect Personal Information?

1) Completion of online forms
Our Website & Mobile applications use forms to collect contact information (including the personal data detailed above). This is so that you can place an order, request information and support and make product suggestions. The information we require from you may be indicated on the form as mandatory. It helps us if you provide the other information we ask for but you are under no obligation to do so.

2) By Verbal Enquiry
You call us, visit us or meet with us & offer the information verbally so that we may assist you with your enquiry.

3) Use of Cookies

Social Media

If you share any of our social media content, liking us on Facebook, following or tweeting about us on Twitter, liking or following our posts on LinkedIn etc., those social networks will record your actions and may set a cookie for that purpose. However, as is the case for all third-party cookies, we cannot access those cookies, just as any third parties cannot access any cookies we were to set.

We use analytical information gained from social networks, such as post interactions etc. in order to improve our social media output. However, the information we use is not linked to any personally identifiable information.

What does Integratech do with my personal data?

Integratech will process the Personal data provided hereunder only as set out in this Privacy Statement. Further information can be found in sections B & C below. How long will Integratech retain your personal information?

Where will my personal information be processed?

Data supplied to Integratech will be processed within the UK office address as detailed above. Integratech has affiliates and third party service providers within as well as outside of the European Economic Area (the “EEA”). As a consequence, whenever Integratech is using or otherwise processing your Personal Data for the purposes set out in this Privacy Statement, Integratech may transfer your Personal Data to countries outside of the “EEA” including to such countries in which a statutory level of data protection applies that is not comparable to the level of data protection within the EEA. Whenever such a transfer occurs, it is based on the Standard Contractual Clauses in order to provide that your Personal Data is subject to a level of data protection that applies within the EEA.

Integratech may, as required, share data with third party software/hardware & service providers in order to fulfil sales contracts only. Integratech will strive to ensure that these business partners fulfil their own requirements under GDPR regulation & details of each relative provider can be supplied on request. These partners will however need to be contacted directly should any party require update or removal of their data from a third party system.

How we secure, store and retain your data

We follow generally accepted standards to store and protect the personal data we collect, both during transmission and once received and stored, including utilisation of staff practice & policy & encryption where appropriate.

Providing the requested goods & services. If you order goods or service from Integratech, Integratech will use Personal Data that you enter into the order or registration form (usually (a subset of) your name, (email) address, telephone number, company name & address, job title & role and, if payment is to be made to Integratech, bank details only to process your order or to provide the requested goods or services. This may include taking the necessary steps prior to entering into the contract, responding to your related enquiries, and providing you with shipping & billing information and to process or provide customer feedback and support. Subject to a retrospective provision and your consent, Integratech may use your name, email & postal address, telephone number, job title and basic information about your employer as well as an interaction profile based on prior interactions with Integratech in order to keep you up to date on the latest product announcements, updates, upgrades, special offers and other information about Integratech products & services (including marketing related newsletters) as well of events of Integratech and in order to display relevant content on Integratech websites. In connection with these marketing related activities, Integratech may provide a hashed user ID to third party operated social networks or other web offerings (such as Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook, Instagram or Google) where this information is then matched against the social networks data or the web offerings’ own databases in order to display you more relevant information.
