We totally understand the issues that small business face and what is required to help them overcome them. Microsoft solutions are often key to the delivery of these and as a Microsoft Gold Certified partner we are ideally positioned to offer the advice, accurate specification, implementation and support of these systems to help enable our customers in their drive for success.

So what actually do we cover?

For many of our business customers we provide all of the IT services that are required, hardware and infrastructure including servers, PC's, cabling, local area and wide area networking, through to software to run their business. We have great small business software products, for exampleSage Line50 for accounts and Sage ACT for contact management,Microsoft CRM 4.0, that is highly flexible and can actually be used to run a small business, through to SAP Business One (for two or more users) that truly covers the top to bottom of any business.

For some customers’ whist we provide the hardware and support for their systems infrastructure, they may be using a specific software solution designed for their market place. At Integratech we will fully support their setup working closely with the application provider to ensure the systems are set up as required and supported effectively. We work hard to ensure that a “blame culture” does not occur, working closely with the software supplier to ensure the best operation of our clients systems.

We are also expert in the provision of telephone systems and have been supplying them from our inception. This may be a straight forward system with handsets that “just ring”, through to a fully integrated solution where a clients business applications and systems infrastructure are linked together, delivering real world advances with all though resulting benefits.

So how do we go about this?

Understanding our clients is essential and forms the first phase of any project that we undertake. Where is the client now, what are the goals and ambitions in the short, medium and long term and how the organisation plans to achieve these. From this understanding we move on looking into organisational systems, how they operate, what is good and what is looking to be improved upon.

Once we have this knowledge we are then best placed to start looking to help. Sometimes processes that a business has used may not necessarily be the most appropriate. By understanding the past, present and future direction we will deliver a solution that incorporates emerging best practises which enables the organisation to deliver cost-efficiency, flexibility and increased speed of response.

To enable us to deliver these systems we take great care in choosing our personnel who are both dedicated and share our core business values. Once the system is implemented it needs to be effectively supported and at Integratech we offer a range of services. Our fully managed support solution covers our clients systems for all eventualities at a fixed cost. If you require a more traditional approach, our standard reactive support agreements may be your preferred choice.

Our very first client of 18 years ago has recently upgraded their server to Microsoft Small Business Server 2008. This is the fourth server system refresh for her and shows what Integratech is all about; the provision of the right solution for our client, at a fair price and achieving a lasting mutually beneficial relationship.
