July 2009 Integratech have recently been awarded the renewal to their Microsoft Gold Certified Status. This is the highest partnership level available and recognises only the most competent of IT companies. To set this in perspective it is worth denoting the differences.
To be a Microsoft Partner there is a requirement to prove you are an IT company and pay a small fee. To move on from this, points have to earned. They are based on a number of criteria however for an IT solutions provider they are based generally on staff accreditation through exams and of the surveying of customers as to the level of service and competence delivered by the IT Company. This applies to a certified partner and Gold Certified Partner.
To set this in context, as of January 2009 there was 2462 Microsoft Partners in the West Midlands, 152 Certified, approximately 21 Gold Certified and Microsoft recently confirmed we are in their Top 10.
