Sales Executive - IT Solutions

Based from Midlands area
Salary £30,000 (Plus car or Car allowance) + Commission - OTE £60,000 

The successful applicant will have highly relevant experience and be expected to rapidly develop a quality prospect pipeline. Leads from various sources will be provided however the ability to create and close self generated leads is key.
Based at the Company's business development office in Worcester you will work with the rest of the team to execute our client's sales and marketing strategy growing and developing its customer base.
This position comes with a competitive basic salary and a fantastic ‘open ended’ commission structure with first year OTE being 60K. A fully funded company car or expenses will be provided. 

Role requirements

- A confident and strategic approach, involving pro-active selling to new and existing contacts to managing accounts
- Prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle to a close and hand over to service delivery
- Proposing, presenting and discussing solutions with relevant decision-makers
- Understanding customers' diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs
- Cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services and generate new business
- Responding to tender documents, writing proposals and reports
- Working with marketing to identify opportunities for further sales
- Keeping abreast of constantly changing software and hardware systems
- Assisting customers to maximise their use of the hardware/software in order to support the success of their business 

The ideal Sales Executive will have:

- 2 years experience of selling IT Solutions
- Demonstrable experience of discussing, presenting and selling solutions at senior decision maker level
- Strong negotiation skills
- Target driven/self motivated with the passion to put in all the time required to succeed
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multi task/work under pressure
- Able to work under own initiative as well as in a team
- Good IT skills
- Must be willing to travel
- A driving license  

  

Sales Person

Salary £15,000 - £20,000 (Plus car or Car allowance) + Commission - OTE £35,000

As a key member of the team you will be a self starter able to demonstrate good sales skills and a strong determination to succeed. Presentable and articulate you will be able to communicate on all levels. You will have a good understanding of IT and be able to demonstrate an understanding of commerce and although you may not be able to demonstrate a long history in sales you will make up for this with your drive and determination to succeed.

Role requirements:

Telesales 

This role will be paid with  retainer and on results with a pro-rata OTE of £20,000

We are looking for people to generate opportunities for the sales team by contacting organisations, discussing their current position and when appropriate making appointments for our sales team.
This can be a difficult, challenging but rewarding role. We are therefore looking for exceptional people who have the drive and commitment to be able to achieve.
We are open minded about the hours that are worked and this may also suit a home worker as full access to our IT systems and phones is available remotely.
