Job Title: 2nd / 3rd Line Technical Engineer

As one of the Midland’s fastest growing IT Services companies, Integratech are currently looking to recruit a Technical Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Job Title: Technical Engineer Level 2/3
Location: Midlands, based in Worcester
Salary: £26,000 – £36,000 per annum (negotiable) + Vehicle + benefits (based on ability and experience)
Contract Type: Permanent / Full time

About the Role:
This is an important role within our organisation that will suit a technology driven individual with a desire to succeed in all areas.

As a Technical Engineer, you will be involved in the full lifecycle of solution delivery. This will include pre-sales, site survey, delivery, documentation and support. You will therefore be spending time in both the office and at clients’ sites.

When working externally it will be mainly around the Midlands, however it can also include any part of England and Wales (A full, preferably clean driving licence is required).

Required Experience:

  • The candidate will have at least 1 years’ experience working in a similar role
  • Should have full knowledge covering Microsoft Server and Desktop operating systems (2008/2008R2/SBS/2012/2016 Server/XP/Vista/7/8/10)
  • Core Microsoft Infrastructure technologies and solutions (Exchange, IIS, AD, SharePoint, RDS, DFS)
  • Systems virtualisation (VMware, vSphere, Hyper-V)
  • Citrix / RDS Systems
  • Backup technologies (Veeam, Backup Exec, System Recovery, Endpoint Protection, LTO)
  • Server hardware, maintenance, troubleshooting and construction.
  • Hardware firewalls and router configuration (Fortinet – UTM, NAS, ISCSI, SAN, Fibre Chanel)
  • Switching (HP, Cisco)
  • System and network monitoring

Qualifications (Based on Abilities and Salary Expectation):

  • MCSA-Microsoft Windows Server 2012/Office365 or working towards
  • MCITP-Microsoft Certified IT Professional
  • VMware Certified Professional

Job Title: Sales Executive – IT Solutions

The successful applicant will have highly relevant experience and be expected to rapidly develop a quality prospect pipeline. Leads from various sources will be provided however the ability to create and close self-generated leads is key.
To do this they will be based at the Company’s business office in Worcester and work with the sales team to execute our sales and marketing strategy and therefor grow and develop our customer base.
This position comes with a competitive basic salary and a fantastic ‘open ended’ commission structure with Salary £30,000 + Commission – OTE for first year £50,000. A fully funded company car or expenses will be provided.

Role requirements:

  • A confident and strategic approach, involving pro-active selling to new and existing contacts to managing accounts
  • Prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle to a close and hand over to service delivery
  • Proposing, presenting and discussing solutions with relevant decision-makers
  • Understanding customers’ diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs
  • Cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services and generate new business
  • Responding to tender documents, writing proposals and reports
  • Working with marketing to identify opportunities for further sales
  • Keeping abreast of constantly changing software and hardware systems
  • Assisting customers to maximise their use of the hardware/software in order to support the success of their business

The ideal Sales Executive must have:

  • 2 years experience of selling IT Solutions
  • Demonstrable experience of discussing, presenting and selling solutions at senior decision maker level
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Target driven/self-motivated with the passion to put in all the time required to succeed
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multi task/work under pressure
  • Able to work under own initiative as well as in a team
  • Very Good IT skills
  • Must be willing to travel
  • A driving licence
